A bit of muppetry. No Kane, Mount, Rice, Onana. Who would you go for (excluding completely unrealistic options such as Pedri and Gavi)?
 
Kane, Mount, Rice and Onana would be my picks.

Failing that, Pedri or Gavi

Forgot Kvaratskhelia was only 22.

In view of the positions we are after I'd go: Verbruggen, Caceido, Wirtz, Ferguson.

(edit, not picking Kvaratskhelia as I think he's far from realistic, otherwise the first pick).

Keeper - Donnarumma (he’s 24 but keepers play for longer so I think this is reasonable)
Central defender - Gvardiol (21)
Central midfield - Caicedo (21)

I saw him in some random game I was watching, can't remember what it was, but he stood out to me anyway. I liked the cut of his jib. Watched a few youtube comps, reminds me of Martinez, but at left back.

City and Juve have reportedly shown interest.
 
Caicedo/Lavia, Verbuggen, Ferguson/Hojlund, Vanderson

Trying to stick with realistic people we've been linked with and hitting the main positions
 
I’d like us to not loan out our own youngster Amad and give him some proper game time this season.

and then just buy Kane.

This arda guler lad (fenerbache), how good is he supposed to be at 18 already?

Tifo I R L, just did a sensible transfers for newcastle utd and he was recommended as a potential world class superstar in a few years time.
 
Caicedo, Verbruggen, Hojlund, Lavia

As realistic as it gets and would actually be a very solid summer given our restrictions on spending etc. We finally get good cover at DM and a great prospect in Lavia, Caicedo is a nailed on starter giving us a disgustingly solid spine next to Casemiro while both midfielders are huge upgrades on McFred. Hojlund is a physical freak prospect that might cost double next summer if he has a good year in the Serie A so we grab him early. And Bart is potentially the next big name keeper that we buy before he goes to Brighton and costs 5x as much. I'd prefer a better keeper if we take the age restriction off, but otherwise I'd love this as a window

Completely agree with the three outfield players and there’s not a keeper I can think of that comes to mind, so I’d throw Kvaratshkelia in there to replace Sancho.

although it’s a coin toss between hoijlund and Ferguson
