I thought he had his best game of the season so far yesterday. Untill Nicky was injured, him and Phil were controlling the midfield. I was encouraged to see him wanting to get into the game, always making himself available for a pass and he worked tirelessly to get the ball back. His passing was very good, I don't remember him giving the ball away at all.

I'm not saying that he should be a first teamer in the midfield, but I do think that it is perhaps his natural position. I used to cringe at the thought of a Neville in midfield, but with there being so many injuries, I'll be happy to see there for now. Anyway, good work Phil! :D

How to give away the ball when he was passing sideways or backward to Rio n coy? ;) He's just one of our best stop-gap measures presently... that's how bad our status is now.. :(
