Phil Neville has called for United fans to repeat the incredible atmosphere generated on Saturday at Wednesday evening's match against Deportivo.
The home fans roared the lads from start to finish against Arsenal on Saturday afternoon, and man of the match Phil wants a similar level of noise in the mid-week Champions League match.
"The crowd on Saturday were amazing - they gave us a great lift. Hopefully it will be the same on Wednesday," Phil told Manchester United Radio.
The game against the Gunners was a cracking encounter, and Phil is expected the fifth match against Deportivo in little over a year to be even better.
"Some of the football played in the four games against Deportivo last season was of the highest quality," he remembered.
"They contributed to that, and although we beat them in the quarter-finals we had to put on two of our best performances of the season. They beat us twice earlier in the season, too, so we know a lot about each other and it should be a good game.
"They've got a lad on the left wing called Fran - he's a key player for them. He's experienced, and the lad upfront Tristan is one to watch.
"They had quite a few players in the World Cup, as we did, and it's no coincidence that we've both suffered with injuries. They've still got quality players in their squad, as we have."
Phil will be looking to keep up the remarkable form that saw him win Saturday's man of the match award, although he himself reckons he's played better in the past.
"Some games you get recognised more than in other games," he explained.
"I got plaudits because it was a bigger game than usual - in the past I've played just as well as that but not got the recognition I did on Saturday.
"It was a much needed win. Arsenal are a fantastic side with great players and you need all eleven players on top of their game - that's what we got on Saturday. We showed great desire and more importantly we got the three points. That was the most important thing."
Another three points will do just fine on Wednesday night.
As the newly electedc head of the Philip Neville fan club, i say we respect the man and do as he says.( unfortunately im working so cant go)
