Or ablist, or body-shaming or discriminating based on appearance. What is fair game in your book?Or maybe people think it's possible to be funny without being homophobic, racist or sexist?

Can you provide some examples because I'm not sure a load of pissed up blokes who work 9-5 quite have the wit a comic does.Same line as it is in comedy. It's possible to touch on certain subjects and topics in a smart way.
Straight up calling Foden's Mum a slag/slut isn't that.
Leaving player's families out if it is reasonable, isn't it?Or ablist, or body-shaming or discriminating based on appearance. What is fair game in your book?

Give me some examples of these funny inoffensive chants.Didn't realise that we should excuse all of that because people are drunk.
Maybe some of you are still trapped in an age where you need to chant that shite and be pissed when you watch football but others live in one now where it's possible to support your team, have funny chants, have chants in general while in a non-toxic atmosphere.
A simple google will lead you to many.Give me some examples of these funny inoffensive chants.
Then it won't take you long to share some.A simple google will lead you to many.
We will miss the good old days when humour is banned.
"‘He’s big, he’s red, his feet stick out the bed’ (chant about Peter Crouch)"Then it won't take you long to share some.
That's body shaming."‘He’s big, he’s red, his feet stick out the bed’ (chant about Peter Crouch)"
Here you go. Simple, inoffensive, funny.
Nope.That's body shaming.
Body shaming is the act of making negative or humiliating comments about someone's body size, shape, or appearance, and can occur towards oneself or others.Nope.

Mocking his height is pretty disgusting. That's nice. It isn't any of that.
Yeah, your trolling is boring now.Mocking his height is pretty disgusting.
I'm not trolling, I'm taking your line of thinking to its extreme to see if you are consistent.Yeah, your trolling is boring now.![]()
Nope.I'm not trolling, I'm taking your line of thinking to its extreme to see if you are consistent.
Some won't be happy until the only chants you hear are "Let's go Man Utd, let's go!" and "de-fence!"
Christ, it was a football chant, get over yourself. The good old days of "your mum is a slag"? If that's what gets binned, good riddance to unfunny "banter".
People often act like that to disguise the hurt they feel. Better to be cautious than offensive.Nope.
As it is well known Crouch finds the chant funny and that it wasn't and isn't sung in a mocking or humiliating fashion or in terms of body shaming.
Comparing that to Phil Foden's mum is a slut is just daft in terms of thinking they're on the same level.
If you say so.People often act like that to disguise the hurt they feel. Better to be cautious than offensive.
Also, it's a crap, unfunny chant.
Players and managers being mocked for being fat, tall, short or ugly is pretty much accepted in Football. No mention of opposition fans recently chanting about our captain looking like a rat?
Nemanja chant would be a no-no too.I don't think we should be singing about scousers eating rats in council houses anymore. Times have moved on, with shared ownership a larger % may own their property.
Not true at all, but why should one be acceptable and not the other?Players and managers being mocked for being fat, tall, short or ugly is pretty much accepted in Football.
Abuse towards player's families is always looked down upon.
We are living in a time where anyone saying 'that's a bit nasty" is met with petulant wailing. Get over yourself.Christ, it was a football chant, get over yourself.
We are living in a time where the weak and pathetic are trying to take over the world and are demanding we be like them.
Because Phil Foden is a footballer, his mum isn't.Not true at all, but why should one be acceptable and not the other?
Some won't be happy until the only chants you hear are "Let's go Man Utd, let's go!" and "de-fence!"
Was he not poty last season? Can a player not have an off season?
What side of the line does the Bruno Fernandes chant fall on?Same line as it is in comedy. It's possible to touch on certain subjects and topics in a smart way.
Straight up calling Foden's Mum a slag/slut isn't that.
He has literally only shown up and performed when Pep's machine is well oiled, when everything is working perfectly as it should and there is a core group of other world class players setting the foundations.
I don't think it's any coincidence that he's been poor this season when City have struggled and that he's never shown up in an England shirt either where things are also more dysfunctional.
To me he's quickly coming across as the type of player that is a brilliant secondary piece of an already successful side but will never be the main man. Truly elite attacking players are capable of creating their own magic when things aren't going perfectly and I've just never seen him conjure up those moments when the chips are down like Jude, Palmer, Saka etc have. He plays only on the level of the rest of the team's at in matches and is never able to rise above it.
