In these days, we could introduce a type of performance-based wage for the players! IMO, some of them do not deserve their money! Will never happend though, just a thought that hit me.... Other opinions?

Problem, as I see it, is at the moment the main quality we are lacking in is team work (well, there are quite a few more, but they are on other threads). We have been forced to play too many different variations of our formation that I wouldn't be surprised seeing Phil up front partnering RVN on Sunday. I believe that encouraging indevidualism is the root to more problems, and financial incentives for rewarding good performance would probably increase this?
Plus, seen how much a DB8 is nowadays?
