He all know Mou likes signing experience. Ol' Pepe would bring a wealth of experience about handling big games.

Let's sign Pepe and Costa and build a team we can truly despise. Why the hell not...

Didn't he also massively fall out with Mourinho at Madrid? (Along with pretty much all the playing staff)

Fixed it.
He's not the kind of dirty player he used to be. Costa still is but he gets the job done. Would you rather have a thug like him perform well for us and win us trophies or would you rather decline the opportunity to sign him in the hope of finding a saint of a player of similar ilk?

This doesnt do him any justice, has been very fair the past few years, gotten few red and yellow cards, much better discipline-wise and defensicely than his partner Ramos. He isnt that player anymore but a world class defender. Shame for the injuries and his age.

In all seriousness if he was up for it he would be low risk and good for a year like an Ibra signing. Imagine him winding everyone up in the Manchester derby. Or away at Anfield. Would be brilliant.

I prefer to go for a younger defender and build a defending pair for years than to move for a short term option tbh. We need consistency in the back 4 for some time.

I hope not.
If we sign Pepe, I won't be watching us until he's gone.
