Friday Night Lights, The OC, Vampire Diaries, The Wonder Years, Freaks & Geeks (overrated, still good), Veronica Mars, Skins, Gossip Girl, Dawson's Creek, One Tree Hill, Gilmore Girls, Pretty Little Liars (terrible, still good)

I'm a teen show connoisseur...which many, many people say is actually a very high brow and respectable thing to be.

I watched five of those.

Out of them, I'd put Veronica Mars top, then Dawson's Creek, Vampire Diaries, One Tree Hill, The OC.

Though if we're including Vampire Diaries, then I'd put Buffy in second place and push the rest down one. I'd also add Roswell to the list, though near the bottom.
 
I thought this was a battle to the death. It's a tough call, heard Dawson's a devil with katana.
 
Does the teen drama even exist anymore? And more specifically... are the ages of the cast wildly all over the place, while very few look anything like high schoolers, the age thing must be fixed by now, by default.

Freaks and Geeks worked so well among other reasons because so many of them were legit teens, and the younger ones absolutely nailed it, even if they haven't hit the higher heights of the older core of Franco, Rogen, Cardellini etc.
 
Party of Five had Jennifer Love Hewitt so for me that’s an instant win.
