Di Canio caught the ball to stop play against Everton last December, rather than try and score a last minute winner with keeper Paul Gerrard lying injured, prompting the award for ` a special act of good sportsmanship'."

Di Canio is by no means better than 95% of the Premier players. Hell, he couldn't make it in United's, Arsenal's, Chelsea's or Leeds' first 11.
