Several times a day I get this. Any idea why? Is the site down often for short periods?

So I guess it's not only me encountering the problem. But the puzzling thing is I can see lots of other users posting even during the times when I can't access the site. Does anyone else have any difficulty logging on? Thanks.
Its maybe because the site is real busy? mabye Putting too much strain on the servers?
