Pacy strikers

Surely it's time we accept that what united really need is a goalscorer with fantastic pace. Arsenal have Henry, Liverpool- owen, Real-Ronaldo even Bellamy at Newcastle. I could name many more. These kind of players add an invaluable dimension to the game. Gudjohsen great player but we already have Ruud who is a similiar type of player but much more accomplished. The United scouts should really be on the lookout for someone who can give us this greater threat whilst not compromising touch or skill. At the end of the day every defender fears true pace even the mighty Ferdinand looked worried by Anelka in the derby. What do you all think? What players would you welcome? :)
 
i think its not only in attack we ned an injection of pace and power, but in midfield too.
i would love to see Djibril Cisse and Damian Duff at OT.
ferdinand was worried about anelka chiefly because he is always aware he has to cover for Blanc's lack of pace.
 
Lets buy Anekla and Defoe, that way they wont score against us!! ;)

i always used to love the way tony adams used to run back to the centre circle with the ball after scoring in-off-his-arse, his chin jutting out in fron of him like a middle aged goat in a panic, his determined expression like an unwiped arse if it had a face, what was going through that pea-shaped brain as it jutted and strut on it''s boozy way towards the halfway line <img src="graemlins/houllier.gif" border="0" alt="[Houllier]" />
