Chadwick haven't place in first team,Brown get injury, and next year would be Rio and O'Shea in center defender,or Blanc still stay in United.
Where is Brown's place?
they are both young and talen players, but in United we have a lot great players, how is our young star's future???
Hope everyone can get his place in United, grow up with United, become next Scholes、Giggs, become United great players

Luke Chadwick was always going to struggle. He would have to surpass Becks to secure a regular first team place.
Wes has been a little bit unlucky with injuries but he is too prone to mistakes at centre back. I personally think his future lies at Right Back, Gaz is 27 and Wes is 22 (i think) so if wes stays, and with the amount of games our players play there will be time when wes gets a run in the team.

Wes, Wes, Wes! Let`s hear it for the Lad from Longsight. There has been a tendency to write him off in some quarters but this young man (as with O`Shea) has class stamped all over him. He has been unlucky with injuries but when he gets over them, he should be in the first team. He is the future of United`s defence.

As for Chadders, he is unlucky in that he plays the same position as Beckham. He needs a loan spell to give him confidence and develop that great potential.

When Wes first came into the first team he looked as though he was going to develop into what Rio now is. And for all I know, maybe he still will, but the injuries he has sustained have really dented his confidence IMO. He looks(or looked) more shakey nowadays than he did when he first came into the team. I hope he does come back strong though, because a backline consisting of Brown, O'Shea, Rio and Silvestre(Escude?) would be a really pacey athletic back four and all really comfortable on the ball.

Wes is a good player with plenty of skills and he can play both CB or RB, so I'm not worrying about his future in United at all.

Agreed. Wes is definately a confidence player, he finds it hard to forget about mistakes. The last 3 years of almost constant injuries must have taken their toll on his confidence also. He needs a good run in the team to get his confidence back, but with Gaz back before him and John O'Shea coming through so strong, i'm not sure when that will happen

If anyone recalls, when Greening left for Boro he said no other youngsters at United will emerge because of the young average age in the first team squad. At the time Chadwick said he expected to be a strong force in the first team this season. Boy, was he wrong.

I believe the reason is because of United's poor run of form. Fergie is troubled enough with the poor form, he's beginning to not feel confident enough to rotate players around.

If Chadwick sits tight and waits for United to get back their great run and start to compete with Arsenal at the top of the table, then we will definitely see more rotations.

It is difficult to use second string players when your team is not performing well. Anyone who plays Championship Manager will know what I'm talking about.

Greening was not good enough for United. Chadwick has yet to show any consistancy. O'Shea has shown quality and consistancy and that is why he looks as though he will make it, and looks as though he will feature.

The average age of the squad is moving on now. Giggs and Keane are around 30. Ole is too. The Becks, Scholes, Nevilles are 27. I would think that Fergie will need to bring though younger players in the next two years in attack and midfield.

I very much felt Greening was not given enough chances to prove himself, put his loyalty to United aside.

I see Chadwick and Greening belonging in the same class - they are a bunch of good substitutes for the real time.

Kieran Richardson is my choice to succeed Giggs in a few years time. As for Beckham, we have a few more years to ponder upon it. By that time I'm sure it will be the new manager's vision rather than Fergie's.

First team plays will aid improvements of players. Our current England troops from United had more than a fair share of first team experience before they made it to become superstars.

Out of all the ones promoted we will see that Phil and Nicky have developed the latest because they did not have many chances in their respective positions because we had the likes of Silvestre, Irwin and Keane blocking them all these years.
