So what online radio stations do you guys listen to ? I've tried a few that are pretty good.

1. There's Pandora - which lets you chose the music that you want to listen to. You basically rate your favourite artists/songs and they play songs matching your taste. And what's great is that there are NO ads and you can skip songs that you don't like.

2. Yahoo Launch has the same idea too. But the ads get on your nerves after a while and they only allow something like 5 skips in an hour. Also, their playlist is quite repetitive.

3. Q1043 is a New Yorks finest classic rock station. Great RJ's and great playlist of classic hits from the 60's and 70's.

4. Live 365 is not too bad as well. They have a huge list of channels to choose from.

Anyone know any other good stations ? Basically looking for Classic Rock / Alternative.
 
You should sort that out. It really is fantastic. You can listen to music from artists you listen to, or reccomended music based on your tastes.

Discovered a truckload of new artists from it.

Believe me, I've tried ... anything else I try from this point on is liable to get me fired. I'll give it a go at home when I get time. I guess I'll have to stick to Pandora at work.

If you like alternative/indie music. It's an LA public radio station. Search on it for past live sessions of many UK and American bands.
