Scholes played very well today, looked sharp and was always looking for that killer pass or shot. Barthez made some good saves, and probably saved us from a bigger defeat. SAF is finally showing some anger at our performances, that can only mean a shake up of the players. The United fans were great. Didn't the players socks look nice and clean. Veron made at least 2 good passes. Forlan had a good shot that was just off target. Larry made a couple of goal saving tackles. It wasn't raining. Liverpool lost. England won. Gary Neville won the respect of the City fans.
Hey,it aint all that bad is it? i aint angry, i ain't concerned, i love Man Utd and will follow forever

I can only think of two bright today, and they've already been mentioned.
Paul Scholes's performance today was very good, no suprise that he feels more comfortable in a midfield 4.
England finally beating the All Blacks - Well done Johno and the boys.
Liverpool losing isn't a bright side, it make our defeat all the more important because if we'd have won we'd only be 5 points behind them.

Yes it is, if they'd won we'd be 11 points adrift of top spot.
And Liverpool losing is always a bright side.
:)

Grat it only november and already we are relying on other teams losing to stop us falling further behind

Arguably bright side but...

I like being the underdogs.

Right now we think we are top and play like dogs.

If this gets us to get an underdog attitude WE'LL HIT BACK

That result saved the wekend :D . Were only 8 points off the top with the stop 2 still o play so our destiny i still firmly in our own hands.
Weve had a lot o painful defets over the last season & ½ but none to match this. Maybe this result will be the one to spark us back into action

Id go as far to say that Scholes is Englands finest player of this generation. Better than Becks, Owen or Gerrard. United have played terrible despite him.
