Amorim said at the press conference he’s to watch his minutes I’d be surprised if he startsI was surprised Mount didn't start on Sunday but maybe that was to keep him fresh for this one. As much as Amorim praises how he's the perfect fit, you'd figure he'd try to get him more minutes. I think he starts this one.

Why are you surprised Mount didn't start, he's been out for ages and played 10 mins the previous game, he won't start this one eitherI was surprised Mount didn't start on Sunday but maybe that was to keep him fresh for this one. I think going by the increments he's seen, he will probably get 45mins, which could mean a start. Why are you surprised Mount didn't start, he's been out for ages and played 10 mins the previous game, he won't start this one either

Olympique Lyonnais, commonly referred to as simply Lyon (and nicknamed Les Gones or L'OL), is a French professional football club based in Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Olympique Lyonnais was initially formed under the multisports club Lyon Olympique Universitaire, which was originally formed in 1896 as Racing Club de Lyon. In 1899, Olympique de Lyon formed a football team within the multisport club. On 26 August 1950, played its first official match defeating CA Paris-Charenton 3–0 in front of 3,000 supporters.
Lyon won its first ever Ligue 1 title in 2002, starting a national record-breaking streak of seven successive titles. During that run the club also won one Coupe de France title, its first Coupe de la Ligue title and a record six Trophée des Champions. The club also performed well in UEFA competitions, reaching as far as the quarter-finals on three occasions and the semi-finals in 2010 in the UEFA Champions League. Lyon's streak and consistent dominance of French football came to an end during the 2008–09 season, when it lost the title to Bordeaux.
Lyon was a member of the G14 group of leading European football clubs and are founder members of its successor, the European Club Association. They have a long-standing rivalry with nearby team Saint-Étienne, against whom they contest the Derby Rhône-Alpes. Olympique Lyonnais plays its home matches at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais, commercially known as the Groupama Stadium.

Think Mount plays/comes on as, a 10.I think it will be Ugarte & Casemiro in the middle atleast for the first 60 minutes to try and keep it relatively solid for the first leg away from home. Then probably Bruno back to CM and Mount coming on for one of Cas or Ugarte. Hopefully Zirkzee starts upfront, he looks way sharper than Hojlund at the moment.

They're FrenchAnyone here who watches Lyon and can share some insight on what to expect from them?
Amad the only other one I can think of right now. Most of the players back now… just Martinez and de Ligt really?
Good to see Moorhouse in for experience. Be interesting to see if he goes on loan next season or stays next season… same for Mantato (think he stays).

Get you, read it differently first time but makes sense. That's what I mean with Bruno being moved back to CM and Mount replacing one of the two midfielders.
Talking to my mate and he said the same. Miss his “spark”.Amad the only other one I can think of right now.
He suffered a knock, unfortunately. Shame as he would definitely be useful to come on at some point of the game if we had a good result. No Collyer again?
Think that’s what he was saying, Bruno gets pushed back to free up a 10 for Mount.Think Mount plays/comes on as, a 10.
Thanks, did acknowledge that (couple of posts up)Think that’s what he was saying, Bruno gets pushed back to free up a 10 for Mount.
After Onanas comments, changing this to 2-1 Lyon.
So any
