Not an olympic sport, or even a sport, but Iceland were world champions at bridge a few years ago.
Amazing, just amazing. I had no expectations whatsoever before the Olympics but we´ve been great throughout and fully deserve to be where we are.
Even if we get the silver, it will be a magnificent achievement, but if we beat France in the final.... I wouldn´t even know how to describe it. I´m not that confident though because the French team is very strong, but like I said, a silver would be magnificent.
This is why I love the Olympics.
I've never seen handball before and I've never had any interest in watching it. But I did watch the final today and I have to say, I kind of liked it. Well done Iceland.
iceland beat france?
Oh right, I've just realised that was the semifinal I was watching.
They should have made it clearer. I'm finished with this shite excuse for a sport.
Congrats Kristjan. Some achievement that.
We're in the final as well though
Yeah, congrats on the gold to the girls! Marvelous performance, the Russians never had a chance.
Here's hoping it will be an all Nordic golds in the handball in this Olympics
