Not Barcelona - well at least, that wasn't the first one mentioned.

No, the greatest moment he mentioned first, was when he scored his first United goal and turned round to see Eric there to congratulate him.

just read an article on his interview. Words to effect:

Q: how do you think of the Barcelona goal?
A: i seem to think of it only at interview when i am asked.....(inevitably)... To me, it's a goal that win us the trophie! ....My dad is proud of me.

He also said, 'i am a red through and through'.

We are proud of you, Ole! You are my ole, my only ole!

Also when he was asked who is the best player he ever played with. Answer? Need i tell you?

"Cantona!"

wel i think that if i scored a goal and a certain legend like eric the king standing there waiting to congatulate me , then i would feel the nsame
wat a legen Mr solskjaer . absolute legend in my mind and not just for scoring the winner in barcelona :D

forgive me to use this thread to post what our Solskjaer has to say....... but just bear with me. Too lazy to create another thread.

Ole: "Becks crosses the ball the way it is supposed to be crossed, so I just try to copy that."

He's not only a great scorer, isnt he? Arent we all impressed by his modesty???? He's playing so well and effective on his role on the right recently yet he's not taking all credit. Hat off to you my solskjaer!

i would scream for a start! Then, will chant, like my 3 year old niece often does, 'ooh aah Cantona'! I cant imagine what i would do next. You??

I wouldnt believe you did see him there, did you? Oh my god!

:)

Yes. Ole is a great Personality. He is not just a great player. Eric also had a great personality, in his own way. The same can be said of Keane, and alot of the players we have seen come and go in United.

To me, that's the KEY-players we are talking about. THE players that not only grace our squad with skills and class, but also glue and gel the team with their devotion and their heart.

Heart & soul, people. Heart and Soul.

:)
