Realise it's mostly cosmetic but it's a nice look.
Does the roof still leak?
Nicer, but looks like something a teenager with the PES stadium editor would come up with
Bit of paint and some plasterboard. Wow.
That’s the big question. And needs to be the biggest repairDoes the roof still leak?
All is good then.Yes but the new paint job still looks nice.
Was just about to say the same thing. Like a kids room from the 90sAn improvement but at the same time looks a bit kids bedroom-y
I cant unsee that now.An improvement but at the same time looks a bit kids bedroom-y
Reckon there’s a lava lamp in an alcove somewhereAn improvement but at the same time looks a bit kids bedroom-y
Capturing the national moodNot too sure about that SS logo on the ceiling.
Looks like it cost a few bag at the mostIf they are moving to a new ground then why bother? A complete waste of money. Fixing the roof and other important fixes I can understand, but not cosmetics that wasn’t needed really

The hole in the bucket in the corner of the hospitality suite that you piss in, has been partially repaired too.
Said no oneAll is good then.
Just needs a Totenkopf and maybe our opponents would be scared for once. Not too sure about that SS logo on the ceiling.
Couldn’t find a generalised Old Trafford refurb thread. Didn’t want to make another.
But it’s Open House weekend in London this week, and an architectural rabbit hole lead me here;
Brutalist Stadia
I’ve been to Braga, and San Siro.
Can we all agree that our new stadium needs to built fully super sized Brutalist, and not in the modern LED covered uber capitalist manner?
If not, tell me why you’re wrong. Jokes
Love an old school stadium. I wonder if it’s possible to do some sort of hybrid of the two, blending the powerful brutalist, fortress-like type with a modern touch.
