Television Now TV - how to get to the live advisor

I get my Sky sports via Now TV and usually it's fine. But have got into a bit of a mess with payments after cancelling boost, and them cancelling the whole membership instead.

It constantly mentions "live chat" on the questions section, but does anyone know how to actually get to it?

All i can find is generic questions, a bot for refunds or send in a complaint which takes 10 days to reply.
How / Can you get you get to talk to an advisor these days?
 
Can someone who uses Now TV explain how the PL football on demand option works?

If I miss a match live can I watch it later that evening? Can I pause/fast forward etc when watching an on demand game?

Any other issues to know about? Currently record a lot of football to Sky box, so am used to watching games that way. Curious about whether this would be any different with Now TV.

I don't see any option to watch back games unless you've been able to add them to watch later. Otherwise nowtv might only have the 3min highlights that go on youtube or extended highlights that are 25mins.

Below is what their help section says.

You can download most on demand shows and movies on your NOW Entertainment, Cinema and Hayu Membership to watch again later when you're offline, whether on the go or relaxing on holiday. Some events and shows from the Sports Membership are also available to download and replay.

You can't replay the match, but a 3-minute highlights reel will be available to watch on demand after the game has finished for all Premier League matches shown live on your Sports Membership.

Anyway, the below site usually has full match replays uploaded within a day or so.

I have Now TV and no you can't watch back games. It will give you extended highlights of games though. You can rewind and skip ahead of live content though within a certain window (Think it's 3 hours?)

Doesn't look like it.

Now if you had an alternative internet based service, there's usually replay options and options to record content.
