I got banned from the transfer forum, which was legitimate.

But I was also banned from sending PMs and looking at the Newbie for at the same time. What the hell is that about??

Sorry i had to post this in here but, as I said before, some cnut has disabled my PMs, probably while suffering from PMS.

Er, your PMs were probably removed in connection with the hopefully now dying down gay internet war.

By rights, I should probably also be banned from the transfer forum

The front page relies on the search feature, so if you don't have that you will not be able to see it. Why anyone would want to use the front page however is beyond me.
 
Anyone suspected of being a poacher is in a special group that means they cannot search and cannot send PMs and cannot view who is online (although that was also removed from everyone apart from mods in the end). Those are the permissions of that usergroup.
 
Who actually put you in that usergroup is a different matter.
 
I still don't understand why searching rights have been taken away though.
PM makes sense but searching?

No, because I didn't put you in that group in the first place. In fact I only put one person in there, and that person is now banned. You need to find who put you in there. And we know what the message looks like because I tested it.

I've already explained that I didn't put you in the group in question and I do not know who did. But they must have had a reason.

As for driving people away, that could be an unfortunate side effect, but we are not having problems with the membership right now, in fact sometimes we have too many people accessing the site.

Seems odd, if you don't like the rules and the way Redcafe is run, that you bother using it.
 
You banned me from the transfer forum and it all happened about the same time.

Are you trying to tell me that because you didnt put me on the list you can't take me off. Thats Bullshit
 
I banned you for three weeks. I asked you in some thread was your 3 weeks up yet, but you never replied, it's not a perm transfer forum ban. I shall now lift it if it is still in place. Please don't spam it again.

I'm saying that I didn't put you on the list, so I'm not taking you off it. The person that did put you on the list will read this thread at some point, and then you can argue your case with him/her.

It's the same with bannings. People don't get unbanned without a discussion and the agreement of the person doing the banning.
