Golden share needed, force the sale of 51% of all PL clubs to their local fanbase.
Might seem extreme, but it's the only way.
That's the good thing about Real Madrid, Bayern, Barcelona, Athletic Club et al. No parasite vermin owners who are there just to exploit loyal fan basex.
Football isn't like US sports and clubs rinsing fans to line their pockets shouldn't be accepted.
