No more Keane & Phil pair

These 2 players all have a good ball winning ability but limited in organising attacks. That may be a reason we played muddily in the first-half today.

Many better combinations, includes Keane & Scholes, Keane & Veron, Butt & Veron.

Poor phil...

phil neville was very unfortunately subbed as a victim of circumstance

his tackling was more impressive to me in the first half than roy keane (apart from the rent boys goal)

it was just that fergie had to force a change as a draw wouldnt be good enough

It's stupid to say "no more".

Different things work at different times.

PN and jsv work well together. too bad for phil that MU have keano and butt! PN has been great and has stuffed a foot firmly in my mouth.

Sure, the Keano and Phil combination was not as effective as intended but I just want to say, Phil Neville - my heart belongs to Ryan but I love you too!

I am enjoying Phil`s performances this season, especially as he has made his doubters sit up and take notice that he won`t be discouraged by the nay sayers. Some of his tackling was very good and don`t forget that when Keano was absent Phil stood up and was THE MAN who got stuck in and put the opposition off balance with his tenacity and drive.

PHIL NEVILLE IS A RED!

yeah, Phil had a great game, his mistake that led to the goal cant be considered entirely his fault, that was a cracking tackle by petit as well.

Actually, I blame Keano for selling Phil short by passing the ball to him when he had about 3 players close to him. Poor Phil didn't know what hit him.

Keano and Phil pair is just for emergency. When everyone is fit I sure we won't see this pair very often.
