yikes the guitarist must've spend years perfecting his beard beceuase he looks like he hasn't even had his first shave yet.
Don't even know the band but a quick search on wikipedia tells me that they look so different because half the members in the video have left. The Guitarist with the beard only joined in 2001, apparently.
