Has finally signed for Aston Villa for £8.5m
That's the end of his threads!

Aston Villa are a nothing side, with a fairly pointless existence.
Sneijder, Drenthe, SWP, Robben are a few names that spring to mind - all (or none) of those could be moving onWe are slowly killing the transfer forum.
Torres to the dump
Tevez probably to us, Nani, Anderson and Hargo too.
Coker and Bent has been transfered too
Now who are left? Richards, De Rossi.. ?

Agree. They're bigger than most clubs like Arsenal,Spurs,Chelsea etc.
Nigel Reo-Coker “would certainly be honoured” to join Napoli, said his agent, after links with Galatasaray, Juventus and Roma too.
The 27-year-old is coming to the end of his contract with Aston Villa this summer and it’s reported the Partenopei are leaping to the front of the queue.
“The lad’s contract will expire on June 30, so we can already start talking to clubs who are interested in signing him,” Tony Finnigan told Radio CRC in Italy.
“Should an offer come from Napoli then he would certainly be honoured. Napoli are attracting a lot of interest in Europe with their performances this season.
“Reo-Coker has been contacted by big clubs like Inter, Milan and Fiorentina, but we’ll try to get some answers from Napoli in the next few days too.”
He's a nothing player. I can't get my head around a player like him being in and around the England squad at one stage.
Perhaps because four/five years ago he looked quite good and a definite prospect for the future. Lead his side to the FA Cup final and was clearly the inspirational leader of that average side (that was robbed with Dudek came well off his line for ever penalty kick). Think he was the youngest captain in West Ham's history (this after captaining Wimbledon as a teen).
I guess he just never fulfilled that early promise he showed. And because of that posters pull the hindsight crap.
