Where the goals come from.
So that's clever, merging all the Tevez threads muppets forum just so that you can have a 160 page post. There's a clear difference between an in depth discussion of the legalities of the MSI situation and how it relates to us and whether the PL are fecking us over, and the standard *** *** *** of the muppets.
I can't be arsed going to that forum and I can't be arsed wading through 160 pages of muppet jiz, so I don't get to discuss the legalities of Tevez's contract situation?

If you don't want to go there....then don't.

I can't see why this really deserves it's on thread in the Admin/Mod section.

You can discuss the legalities of the Tevez transfer in the other countless threads.

i'm with aidan

gave up on the main tevez thread after thw 1st day or two
but I was enjoying his thread

bring it back lads

Maybe he has got a point but all of the last 4 pages at least have been discussing the legalities side of it.. in fact a good 70 - 80% is good positive sensible discussions, the more in there the merrier!! :D A1Dan, come and join us other muppets :D .. IF you are interested in joining then try starting at post 6381??

Hmm.....i'm confused, really....i've started threads before and gotten bashed for it as there were apparently "1 million other threads on the topic, so why don't you post in those"

So, what A1Dan is suggesting then, is sometimes, to discuss different aspects of a certain topics, new threads should be created rather than merging?

Ah well....i'll be keen to find out what the "correct" way is...but doesn't really matter, no one takes my posts seriously anyway!!

Yeah, I guess. No point in just duplicating threads, but if a specific aspect of something is worth discussing in isolatoin, a new thread seems reasonable to me.

I was looking for this thread

Rest assured that the culprit shall be punished severely. Or alternatively, whinged at for a considerable length of time

Exactly.

It's been brilliant today, really good posts from everyone.

The better the poster, or the more 'relevant' it is the better the thread will get.

Seconded. Every time I log on that thread has 10 new pages 9 of which are full of rubbish.

Apologies guys...

I made a call on the basis that Tevez is transfer story, belongs in the transfer forum. I don't see why it was posted in the Manchester United forum - until it's official.

I'd have probably merged it as well.

What we probably should have done is closed/deleted/nuked the intelligence sapping Trevez thread that exists and moved A1dan's thread to the transfer forum.

Shit happens mind.

Blaming noodle is so last year.

I blame GusHiddink.

I also look forward to every single thread in the MUFC forum being merged on the logic that they all deal with United.

Pigeons.
