Tonight is the first game
ESPN at 5:00 PDT for those of us on this side of the pond.
I have a feeling that the Ducks will win.
Will probably be a very exciting game with some beautiful attacking hockey. A scoreline of 0-0, 1-0, 0-1 seems like decent bets.
Why don't they just treat every game like overtime?--the first to score wins. If nothing else, it would get the Stanely Cup out of the way before mid-June.

I never thought that Giguere would be taken out the way he has in the past two games.
Martin Brodeur has lived up to his reputation.
And how bout the Niedermeyer brothers...For some reason when Rob N. skated over to the Devils bench to speak to his brother... I don't think he was asking if he was having a good time
The Devils have been one of the best clubs as far as defense over the past ten years...It's incredible how they've held up on both ends of the ice. And how the Ducks...well look like ducks.

The Ducks have to try to make the Devils play a skating game. If they can do that, they have a chance to win. If they try to grind it out 20/3, they are going to be in serious trouble.

No problems with the refs, no real trouble with players taking too many penalties, and just great head banging, skillfull, flowing games.

You must feel a little schizo out there rooting against the locals. Very exciting for a 1-0 game, and Brodeur almost had another very embarrassing moment. I'm glad that the Ducks proved to the doubters that they belong in the finals.

Not really...ppl here in CA don't seem to be into hockey like they are in the north and northeastern states. It's sorta like the NJ Nets. I don't have much interest in the nets winning because they've been crap up until the past couple of years. The same goes for the Ducks. I don't really know any hardcore Mighty Ducks fans.

I think it was the first period, behind the ducks net...a Devils mashed someone and all I had seen were duck feet flailing threw the air.
