The possible absence of Todd Heap, Jamal Lewis, and Adalius Thomas hurt, although Cincinnati is even more banged up. Since the Ravens are a better team anyway, I'd go with them.

EDIT: I just changed a couple of picks and now it's even more Upset City.

Hope it's okay to change some around as it's still a day before any of the games start! But I've picked San Diego, Chicago and Indy to lose, so here's hoping it's a hell of a week.

Just a quick reminder, the games are picked against the spread. So you would add the spread to the underdog (say Buffalo +6) to their final score against the Chargers (which was San Diego 24-Buffalo 21) to arrive at the betting score (which would be Buffalo 27-San Diego 24).
