How do I get to post in the newbie forum, I have often wanted to reply to posts there but always get the reply that I cannot post there?

here where i stay my friends laugh at me when i say which team i support. my one friend supports arsenal. the other on supports real madrid. and the other one supports AC Milan. However the Arsenal supporter is the most hardcore supporter like me!
