New lineup

Okay im sick of all this.. we need a new lineup. Im prepared to keep panesar, pietersen, flintoff and harmison.. Lets make a caf test lineup. I will open the batting, im prepared to grind out the new ball to make way. can anyone else bat a bit, wicket keep, swing the ball

Do you really think whatever squad is picked England are capable of beating Australia?

With hindsight the only mistake has been not picking Monty for the first two tests, even then we will never know if he could have influenced the results.

i don't see why this one shouldn't have tbh. it was just waiting for the real Flintoff to show up...but unfortunately he never will while he's still captain.

yeah, australia were class...but on the odd (very brief) occasion so were we. it was our inconsistency and our inherent british lack of savagery that let us down in the end. we lost it rather than they out and out won it.

oh and go on...i'll keep wicket.
 
I think it was a bit of both.

England have the basis of a good team but mentally the Aussies were so far ahead it was embarrassing.
