Having not heard about this, not seen any screen shots and not seen tha actual update i'm going to say it looks fecking shit. feck sake Microsoft! Grrr.
I haven't updated yet, but from the pictures I've seen online I prefer the old one.
Always the case at first. People don't like change.
I guess. It's not too much of an important thing anyway, as long as I can still play my games

If anyone is after modding their xbox I would stay well away from that update until some countermeasures have been introduced. Or risk a potential flagging. Surprisingly the update hasnt been offered to me?? Its been said that backups of Fable 3 wont boot with the new update, but I been playing it since Thursday. Is this new update a different GUI or is it still the regular NXE?
Anyone know if the espn3 thing is US only?

i installed it last night and first impressions were that i didnt like it as much, or at least how it looks. It looks like someone designed it in MS Paint

I think it looks a bit batty. Could have designed it myself. They've also apparently improved the quality of voice chat.

PS3 wasn't even as good as the last one because its very basic looking, never mind this new Xbox one. The menus, profiles and stuff on Playstation is generally quite poor in comparison, having being on both tonight.

I'm gonna have to reflash back to stock firmware, update to the new dashboard and then possibly back to the modded firmware. I might just play Black Ops until the weekend then flash to stock before buying the game on Tuesday with everyone else and wait it out until there's a fix.
