I know it's still awhile till the summer transfers but I was watching a match between River Plate and Boca Juniors and this guy Cuevas was absolutely incredible. Lightning pace, good shot and good dribbling skills. Im pretty sure he is the same player who scored a great goal for Paraguay in the WC. Guys trust me check out some footage of this guy. I really think he would light the premiership up.

Trust me this guy looks like the real deal. I bet we could get him for less than 8 mil or so. All you people who haven't replied to this thread at least watch footage of this guy. He is very impressive. And as for South Americans in the PL I think he would do just fine.

How old he is anyway?Have been impressed but all depends on his age.

He's been loaned to a Chinese team for half a million dollars. Don't get fooled by the videos, in most games he'll just dribble on and on until tackled. Four years (mostly on the bench or in the stands) at River and still hasn't learned how to let go of the ball.

Hope the Chinese are entertained and buy the useless twat at the end of the season.
