Need help on Valkyria Chronicles

Hi Guys, recently I played Valkyria Chronicles on PS3, it's a very.... addictive game, at least until suddenly the game like stuck / crashes at chapter 7 where we get to fight maximilian with his huge tank.

I've been searching a bit on the net, and there are few who's experiencing the same stuck with me, at exactly the same spot, the same chapter, and still haven't found the solutions.

Is there any ps3 experts around to help me with this? Perhaps some general steps that I can try?



Oh... and one more thing, my PS3 controller just can't be detected without being corded (a.k.a no wireless), I have tried the reset, soft reset, etc, the battery is full, is there anything i miss?

I bought the original copy of the game (one of the worth few), but at the moment i'm using file manager to play it ( i would love to keep the original in mint condition for resale value)

PS: and no, I'm not a thieving guy with a little hand, I've bought my fair share of Originals, even when it's ridiculously priced considering i'm earning weak Rupiah, in a country where the general income level is way too low.

Some games are just not available here, even for all the money in the world, they're not bringing it in
 
I've got the same availability problem. Some games you just can't get. And regular ones cost 2x as much as they do in the UK. Very high import taxes on every little thing.

Something people in big countries will never relate to.
