I'm looking for a 20-24 inches screen, with at least a component input. I'll be using it mainly as a secondary monitor to my laptop screen, but I'll also hook it up to my 360 and maybe watch TV if I can fix the damn aerial.

My last screen was a Samsung that recently died after about 5 years, and I've finally accepted that it's not coming back...

I'm out of touch with the market, and browsing just now there's loads of different options that I don't know the advantages or disadvantages of.

What's good at the moment? I'm hoping for something in the region of £200 +/- £50.

Continue with a Samsung. I bought one not that too long ago for my desktop. I was looking for one that was HD, fairly big and LED. Got myself a Samsung that was all that and 24". Very satisfied with it so far and it's in your price range.

Would be easier to recommend stuff if I knew where you were buying from. I'm not in the UK so I don't know the places to shop besides Amazon.

Cheers. I've had a look on Amazon but can't really distinguish between the different ones on offer. Decent prices but many seem to be 3rd party sellers who I won't bother with.

I'll probably stick with Samsung then.

When you're in the size in the vicinity of 20" you're better off with a computer monitor than a TV. Suppose it doesn't matter as much when using a HDMI cable but if it's primarily your computer monitor you should buy it as such.
