We'll never die, we'll never die
Looking at the league fixure list we have 6 consecutive lunchtime kickoff's going from early Feb to early April!

9/2 12.30pm City (H)
22/2 12.00pm Bolton (A)
1/3 12.30pm Leeds (H)
15/3 12.30pm Villa (A)
22/3 12.30pm Fulham (H)
5/4 12.30pm Liverpool (H)

How much domestic strife will this cause???

The Chelsea match is an early one too, but they aren't consecutive - the rent boys must have to get back to London to peddle their arses

I'm guessing that noon, is about 8pm in Bangkok, Singapore, or Hong Kong.

Noon in the UK is 7am here though :(

Christ! Gonna have to drag my ass out of bed for all these matches. :D This is when working in the afternoon on a Saturday works in my favor.

;)

If I had to pick what the best time to watch football from home when you're abroad I'd say that 8pm on a Saturday night would be about perfect - it would give you plenty of time to recover from Friday night, and you'd be in the mood to get right on the beers and give them a proper good hammering

:D :D :D

Well the Chelsea match will be on FSW at 7.30 A.M. eastern. The match this weekend against WBA is on Pay per view.

I'm so relieved that the WBA match is on at 10am. I'll be in the pub watching it, and the dippers are on at noon right after it so there goes my weekend

WBA is the pay perview match at 10 am, so I may get at least two matches in before going to work this weekend. The Chelsea match is the next weekend ( 18 January)
:D

Syd you seriously need Directv. You really don't need the Premire League Pass cause the matches are the ppv if you don't have it. You can just pick and chose the matches you want to pay for. FSW is extra and they carry a large number of United's matches, although you still will have to go to the pub for FA Cup and Worthington Cup matches.Directv is great though. Think I would be lost without it.

the games will be on about 6-7pm in Asian countries (Bangkok time is 1 hour behind Hong Kong, Singapore)

it's actually prime time, but a lot of thai football fans tend to enjoy watching matches late at night.

The CL games are played 2-3am here and they get very high TV ratings.

we're accustomed to watching matches late in the evening and at night because that's when most of the fans are free to watch the games - and because it's been like this forever because of the time difference.

I almost always have to watch saturday games later on tape because we party at night starting from about 8pm all the way to 2am... afternoon games on Sat are shown 9 or 10pm here and that's no good for me.

Bloody great for me :D :D :D

8:00PM in the boozer, excellent timing for a match. The Euro matches are a pain though, airing at 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning which is nigh on impossible if you work.

As far as I can tell so far we're only getting the Chelsea match in the next few weeks.

All the early ko's annoy me as I have to miss work. Having so many in just a piss-take, what;s wrong with Sunday at 4, Monay night or god forbid saturday at 3? In know Sat@3 = no Englsih tv coverage, but something has to be done to stop them from ruining our lives.
