Not traditionally into the yank Basketball and all, but in my quest to find a new game for the PS3, I came across NBA 2K9 and read some amazing reviews and also watched some in-game footage. Worth a punt? Anyone got/tried it?

just played the demo, am fecking delighted...also Play.com @ £12.99 incl p&p is a steal

I own it, probably the most realistic basketball game you'll get... live got way too arcade-style over time, and when they tried to return to realism, 2K sports upped the ante.
