I didn't think it was all that, Nas was more on point then recent albums, but the only Nas I really want is the old shit. If you are into the genre, you will probably appreciate it far more then me, no doubt.

Still, if you want album of the year, feck Nas right away, it's already out and it is already a classic.

Very curious as to Kanyes direction with the potential of that project, if Kanye lets Premo do more than just a beat (It's been rumored) and Kanye gets back to being a ruthless fella it could be magical.

The new Blaq Poet record has a few leaks i've heard, but nothing confirmed...

That's exactly what I thought when I saw it, released not long ago, a 2010 release I'm sure. I'll pm you a link.

Really disappointing album for me. 'Friends' is a brilliant song though, an instant classic as soon as I heard it.
 
The last good stuff I heard from Nas was the God's son album then he kinda went a bit crap similar to many other rappers but I'll give Nas credit for not whoring himself out to the commercial world.
