Stopped working today.

Just about a month after I bought it.

Worst system ever.

What an idiot that Chad is. Gotta say I had a good laugh at that though.

"Why I wanna play my games with a Dildo".

What's not working? Is it not starting up? Playing discs?

It's starting up for like two seconds, then the cooler seems to turn off and it's not making any noises at all, although all the lights are on.

The lads at Sony told me that they wouldn't help me because I bought it in the USA. While I can understand how they would not give me a new one, I don't get it why they decided to ignore me completely as I'm still their customer.

According to a mate of mine who's into this kind of stuff there may be some problem with energy. It apparently cannot take all 380 watts or whatever it uses for some reason and decides not to work. I will have to buy a new cable, and another of this things that make it possible for you to plug in an American device into a Polish plug (difference of currenct, 110V and 220V).

I don't think it's going to work.

Yeah that is why I am wary of importing hardware, due to the voltage issues you just mentioned.

Weaste could help you more than I could but he seems to have disappeared...

I got this things with different power. 100 watts, 200 watts and 300 watts. I've learned today that PS3 needs 380 watts sometimes and this may be a reason. Strange seeing as a vacuum cleaner works fine with 300 watts, but I will have to buy a bigger one it seems.

I brought it with me from the USA nearly a month ago but couldn't be arsed to plug it in before. I did it for the first time today. It fecked up.

I don't think PS3 is going to work with a new one of whatever it's called though. Just curious.
