It's quite unprofessional to say so in a very important phone call concerning the phone access for over 1,000 customers.

Thought I was in the general...Coming to think of it, I've giggled of shame for quite a while now. It really is entertaining.

me too seem to use more words like twat,cnut,muppet,twit,cheers. add that to words like bruv,bare,buff,butters...some people ask if i had lived in england sometimes
