For those of you who are a bit on the sensitive side, I apologise for not clarifying my muppet comments.

They were aimed at the posters, mainly newbies, who have come spreading doom and gloom, and wanting to see three quarters of the team sold on. I wasn't talking about everyone who has suggested selling players.

I can't speak for the others who have referred to muppets tho.

I feel a bit bad that people who I didn't aim the remarks at seem to have taken it personally.

some of these newbies really seem like a joke...and if i offend them, then i actually am sorry...but these seem like they are trying to take the piss...

Uruguayan, that's the odd thing. One day they started calling me Antohan Johanssen. Never really got the joke and they don't remember, it just stuck.

That's a weird thing to let stick though, you know bearing in mind you are Autohan (which let's face it is pretty ridiculous ;) ) for the rest of your time.

No, it's Antohan. They took Antonio and Scandinavianised it. That much makes sense (?). I just have no idea where the Johanssen and the Scandinavian link came from to begin with (I'm as Latino looking as you could possibly imagine, i.e. non-blond nor blue-eyed).

Baffling. I'm either that or Antuán (from Antoine, the French link as baffling).

We do have some weird nicknames though. TBH, I can't complain, at one point someone used TonTon, which then someone twisted to TonTon Makoute :eek:

Antohan is also better than Spunk Monkey :p
