I put this in the general but didnt really get much in the way of responses. Right im looking for an mp3 player. As big as i can get for as cheap as i can get. Cant spend more than £200 so if anyone knows of any really good mp3 players let me know. Looking at the Ipod Classic (6th gen), Ipod 5th gen, Creative Zen Vision M and the iriver clix gen2.

So if anyone knows of anything really good or had any really bad experiences with mp3 input would be much appreciated.
Cheers

I wouldn't buy an ipod, the battery life is shockingly bad, and the itunes software is rubbish

Yeah i heard that but the new classic has 40 hour battery life. Seen a few websitesthat rate it highly, so not really sure what one i should get. I dont like going into a shop and asking because they just say anything to get you to buy something (i should know i work in retail).

The new ones seems alright for battery life, the Ipod 5th gen ones (I have had 3) are shit, really really bad

I got an iAudio and I love it

be aware though that their tech support is rubbish I've heard

never had any problems with my X5L though

I honestly don't think you can go wrong with the Toshiba gigabeat.

Mine holds 30gbs (and can hold pictures and video), is a nice size, looks good, and only cost a little over $200. Doesn't break unless you completely feck it up. Good interface - syncs up using Windows Media Player, judge for yourself it that's a good or bad thing, I like it though.
