I won't lie, it's been tough as hell for me without Pert on here. Going cold turkey like that isn't healhty, and I must admit, I did fall off the wagon a couple of times since the incident, but I can now proudly say that I haven't been near making a Pert gif for a week now - one step at a time, but I think I'm finally adapting.
