Report them to relevant authorities, as there are rules that govern Internet use supported by the vast majority of ISPs around the world.

Another way if they are posting from work is to email their company and get them sacked for fecking about when they should be working.

In Poland we have many hackers.

There's a Polish site of Nakamura from Celtic. The site is only 2 days old, but it was allready destroyed, twice...

Fairly recently there were ping attacks out the wazoo from that redguson whacko. I know because he was emailing me asking them to let him back in and he would stop.
