Missed Opportunity

This may sound a bit pedantic and don't get me wrong i am delighted with the win, but i feel we missed out on the opportunity to really hammer one of europeans other big guns and send out a message to the rest of europe, we should of won tonight about 6 nil and that would of sent shockwaves throughout the competition.

I wonder if all those people who were so quick to criticise veron and say we should sell him, will be as quick in praising him. He has shown in the last month why SAF bought him, he's been exceptional not to mention his new found quality in tackling.
 
I think six wins in a row, three of which against very good teams is enough to warn people about us (as if they needed warning)

If it wasn't for the ref/linesmen, I think we'd have hammered them anyway.

Quite right. Crap performance really, nothing but missed chances.

I think Fergie should go, and we should sell several of the team. If not all of them.
