Middlesbrough have gone in strong to reinforce their attacking firepower (Malcolm Christie and Michael Ricketts), while Newcastle have bolstered their defence with the signing of Jonathan Woodgate. I think it gives an interesting edge to this game to see which one would have the last laugh relating to the new signings. :) ;)

By failing to clear their ground and surrounding areas of snow the new signings and enlisting the help of local ref, Jeff Bastard Winter, Boro made sure this game was postponed.

So the new signings may well get the chance to face each other.

I hope the Toon stuff the smoggie cnuts.
