I'm afraid he hasn't got one. Truth is that although Mickey has improved again this year, he is still too one-footed to be a solid defender at the very top level.
On his left side he's fast, and can close out anyone who goes outside him. But because he has no right foot, he's weak physically on his right hand side, and vulnerable to attack.
Look at last night's Arsenal goal....he didn't slip, but allowed them to crowd him while he juggled the ball with the only foot that worked. OK when he's in motion and playing at speed, disastrous when he's static and relying on basic ball control rather than speed.
Mickey's weakness on the right hand side has to bring the CB across to cover. Stam spent an entire season doing this. How many of the key goals this season (including the Bayer game) have come through the gap between the CB and Mickey ?
(as Peter Cook would have said....his left foot though, I like very much!)
