Threads get merged far too often these days and it makes all the caf conversations totally stale. When I started posting any player who played well in a match or did something noteworthy got a new thread but now if that happens the thread gets tacked onto the end of an old one. I for one hate reading through pages and pages of cyclical arguments on one player re-treading the same ground and it puts me off posting in the football forums (other than youth/reserves). I think it would really encourage traffic and make the caf much more fun to read if it went back to the old ways.
