How's Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance getting along? You done with it? SpoilerI've read until he goes back to his college.

I'm, liking it a lot until now. Can relate a lot of what he says and agree with his basic concepts on the conduction of education and stuff and most of his philosophical thoughts

Now tell me you've chucked the darn thing away half unread...

I have. I rarely ever do that but I picked up a Wodehouse novel from the library and never got back to Zen. I thought I would get back to it but then I issued a Pratchett trilogy.

How far did you read it? Did you get to the part mentioned by yours truly? Did you like it?

Why are you this gay?

Well it took me three attempts to finish it, for what it's worth.

Not all that tedious a read Steev...probably gets complicated as the book progresses?

I'd read up to the point where they'd crossed the park and were about to reach his college. To be honest, I was enjoying the ride and his story about his former self more than his philosophical musings.

I think the ride makes the book less boring. I'd have taken an all philosophical account of his current and self and Phaedrus. Some of the motorcycle maintenance things are interesting but does disrupt the flow drastically
