Media Player for TV with HDMI

Hi Folks,
Do any of you have one of those external HD that can hook up to your tv (has a remote etc) and allows you to play your movie files etc on the TV in HD?

Yes, it's called a PS3.

I don't know anyone with the ones you are talking about, but they are quite cheap nowadays.
