Just an idea i was getting bogged down a bit in todays thread

could there be a separate thread for anyone looking for/bitching about streams or radio stations. Just leave the actual thread for football ( and muppetry but thats a different problem) only.

Just an idea i had like
 
anyone with a link should just post once that they have a link and suggest that other posters pm, that way it should get rid of the numerous link requests ... obviously posters with links will get spammed, but thats the price you pay for being a nice person ...
 
Football thread was very good today

I can't see how we can have a different thread for posting links for something that is not allowed.

I can only suggest every one makes private arrangements for posting links.

Problem is streams go dead more regularly now. As soon as one fails, the whole swarm back comes in.

is was good alright Sultan, but it could make it better by cutting out the 100+ stream posts

and by banning spoony who proved himself to be a fake goal muppet today.

seriously though could it be done?

I can't see have we can have an open thread for links. Niall's already had a ticking off.

PS: Spoons posting of the fake score was not deliberate. He just posted a score same time Rooney took a penalty, convinced he would not miss. I had a post ready with a 4-1 scoreline with my mouse pointer on the reply button, ready to click.

Ta, Sults. The commentary was a bit weak on XFM, couldn't tell if we had scored or not, whenever we put the ball in the net. I thought we actually had scored the penalty, only to find out a few seconds later that he had missed it.

For people that are looking for streams I would recommend that they look on forums that are meant for such things instead of asking here. It'll be much easier to find working links there. myp2p.eu has a forum where they have threads for every game and updates are posted as and when links stop or start working.
 
I know we're not supposed to post links to streams, but is it OK to give a package & channel i.e. Sopcast Channel 1119, or Star Sports on TVU?

When you want a stream for a game you ask for it and someone can PM the link to you
