Maybe maybe not.....Leeds have given Robinson a new contract and have 2 other good goalkeepers, Milosevic and Alloway, so as I have said before I expect Martyns days are numbered

Southampton chairman Rupert Lowe described reports of a £3m bid for Leeds goalkeeper Nigel Martyn as "agent talk".

But Lowe refused to rule out that Saints had tabled an offer for Martyn, who was David Seaman's England understudy at the World Cup.

Saints are coy on reports of their interest in Nigel Martyn

Lowe said: "It's common knowledge that Gordon Strachan is trying to strengthen our goalkeeping situation.

"And I wouldn't say there's nothing in it.

I'd have him here at United, as cover for Barthez and who ever is on form would be in the team. He was class last season.

I hear now that any move has been denied by TV and Martyn has been told to fight for his place......so in true Leeds style that means he will be gone before long.

;)

These are two VERY good keepers, but Martyn is probably keen to play first team football his last few years. My guess is that he will be at Southampton real soon.

class players who couldnt get 1st team footie at Leeds and had to leave, thats two now. tut.

What's the story with Milosevic Marching? He's Australian, used to play for Perth Glory, and therefore should be required to play for his country 75% of the time to be allowed to play in England shouldn't he? Maybe he's got a Yugoslav or Croatian passport.

Not sure about why he is allowed to play in England but he does have a work permit - great prospect apparently and is part of the reason Martyn will probably be on his way soon.
