He's due to start contract negotiations with Celtic this week and expects a quck decision.
Is he good enough to be our next manager?
Personally i don't think his record is that good, Most people could win a trophy in Scotland when managing one of the Old Firm. He took over Celtic at a time when most of the previously successful Rangers squad were at the end of their career.
I don't think he's good enough to manage a team like ours. It take something special and i don't think he has it.

Why would he be our next manager fergies contract runs for a few more seasons yet

how many more seasons is SAF signed up for? 2 after this ? i think maybe he will stand down 1 year from the end to avoid a reaction like last year. my onion is he would have built this into his plans somehow.
what about the stories of a division on the board towards either Eriksson, the boards choice, and o'neill of alex's mates desires?

between these two i would be stuck. maybe this season will tell, but maybe it wont.

I'd be surprised to see Sir Alex stay for the length of his contract

Why would he not stay?
I think if we win the CL this season he may call it a day or it could make him hungrier for more success

He's never done things the way people expect. I just have a feeling he'll leave before the end of his contract

 oh i think 100% if we lift the European Cup at OT SAF will retire.

Fergie already said it might have been a mistake announcing his retirement with a full season to go. Then he signed a 3 year deal saying that 'this will be it' and he definately won't stay after that.

So either he goes in two years time or he stays 12 years more.

Agreed. He wants a second CL trophy. It the one link that still put him and Sir Matt in the same boat.

Martin or Sven? Sven seems to be a better tactician, but Martin seems to be a better motivator.

I'd go for Sven just so I can see Arse Wanker turn green and swallow his words...
